SHIPPING AND AVAILABILITY
Delivery times and shipping costs will be provided to the customer at the time of purchase. Estimated delivery: 24/48 hours. If we are unable to meet the established deadlines due to unforeseen circumstances (such as stockouts or errors in the product description), the customer will be notified immediately via email. If payment has already been processed, a full refund will be issued.
IMPORTANT: Upon receiving your order, carefully inspect the condition of the packaging. If you notice any holes, dents, signs of tampering during transit, or any other irregularities, it is essential to inform the carrier at the moment of delivery. Request the "delivery note" and clearly write on it: “Delivered with damaged packaging”.
This is crucial! As shipments are made by truck and are subject to CMR regulations, the insurance will not cover potential damages if this incident is not officially recorded. In such cases, the responsibility will not fall on us, preventing us from providing a solution or replacement.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with current regulations, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without the need for justification. To exercise this right:

The customer must communicate their decision via email to hola@mitgler4x4.com or through our withdrawal form available on the website.

Products must be returned in perfect condition, without damage or tampering, and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer, unless the withdrawal is due to an error attributable to MITGLER4X4 SL (incorrect product, defect, etc.).

If the withdrawal is due to an error by MITGLER4X4 SL, we will cover the return shipping costs.
PRODUCT WARRANTY
MITGLER4X4 SL offers:

1-year warranty on new products.

3-month warranty on second-hand (used) parts.
If a product is defective, the customer may choose between repair or replacement, as established in Article 5/1 of Law 23/2003. Any defect must be reported within a maximum of 15 days after receiving the product. Repair costs, including labor and materials, will be covered by MITGLER4X4 SL; however, this excludes the shipping costs required to return the part to our facilities.
PRICING POLICY
All prices shown on our website include VAT. This tax will be itemized on the invoice sent to the customer. MITGLER4X4 SL reserves the right to modify prices and product descriptions at any time. However, the price at the time the contract was formalized will always be respected.
